Problematic : Polluted on site soil, difficult access, secluded garden and inconsistent living spaces.
Assets : Situated right downtown Amsterdam, character rich architecture, tree planted garden, at the heart of the hotel.

CLIENTS/LOUP&CO OBJECTIVES : Creating contemporary living units: restaurant’s dinning space, Lounges - Restructuration of living spaces and circulation planning- Creation of vegetal lodges used as workspace – recycling existing floor covers – modernizing the space as per Sybille De Margerie’s interior refurbishment and decoration – playing with levels – refreshment of exterior spaces - facades’ architecture enhancement – spaces lighting design – automated watering – ensure all year long vegetal beauty – outdoor sound system.

LOUP&CO PRECONISATION
Materials : recycled bricks on field, blue stone tiling and epoxy painted steel mirror basin, tailor made fibrocement trays.

Vegetal elements : Buxus sempervirens bowls and cushions, Osmanthus clumps, X Burkwoodii escalade, Carpinus betulus preformed cube rods, grasses, Anemones, Hydrangeas.
