Enhancing and unfriendly existing building, garden in sync with the hotel’s history and dynamism, creating lodges for business meetings, creating an outdoor restaurant, bucolic garden to be romantic and lush, creating a relaxing and secluded space away from City turmoil and area animation, dressing up a blind ten stories vegetal wall, lighting design, automated watering.

LOUP&CO PRECONISATION
Materials : Grand sandstone ceram tiling, lacquered painted walls, made to measure carved stone trays, ceramic pots, teak furniture and outdoor fabrics, brushed stainless steel and Corten made to measure fireplace.
Vegetal elements : Betula albocinensis, Osmanthus X Burkwoodii clumps escalade, cushion cut Buxus sempervirens, ferns, Hydrangeas, Pachysandra, Anemones, creeping geraniums, persistent grasses.
